Description
The Facilities Project Manager leads Planning, Design & Construction projects and operational initiatives from assessment through closeout, managing capital projects, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, quality, risk, procurement, and stakeholder relationships. The role supports the College’s strategic priorities, coordinates with internal departments and external partners, and requires an associate’s degree in a relevant field plus five years of progressively responsible public-sector capital project experience. The position is full-time, salaried at $77,556.00, and involves regular office and classroom work plus occasional construction-zone site exposure.
