Description
The Facilities Services Manager will oversee comprehensive facilities services across Apple’s campus portfolio, including offices, specialty spaces, and collaboration spaces. The role manages facilities partners and vendors, supports operating and capital budgets, ensures compliance with protocols and service-level agreements, presents services to internal customers, and continuously improves processes and the customer experience. The position requires at least eight years of workplace management, facilities services, and customer service experience, along with strong leadership, budgeting, communication, and tenant improvement capabilities.
