Description
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for all maintenance work on the distribution centre, including reporting and repairing damaged racking, sprinklers, doors, lighting, signage, landscaping, and yard infrastructure. The role also manages on-site contractors, inspects and maintains pump rooms, valves, ventilation, grey-water systems, gas monitoring, generators, and power systems, issues service orders and quotes, follows up on invoices, and manages client relationships through inspections, meetings, and feedback. The position requires warehouse experience, computer literacy, strong communication and reasoning skills, and a minimum Grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification.
