Description
The Facilities Specialist serves as the primary laborer for campus waste management and grounds maintenance, overseeing waste removal, recycling, container and asset cleaning, work orders, snow removal, emergency response, campus moves, and event support. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive on behalf of the University, and availability for evening, weekend, holiday, and flexible shifts; an associate's degree or equivalent work experience, horticultural or agronomy background, snow-removal experience, field-maintenance experience, equipment-operation ability, and pesticide licensing are preferred or required.
