Description
Carrier is hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the operational continuity, safety, and reliability of a plant's infrastructure. The role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical substations, fire protection, mechanical systems, piping, and general services; leads maintenance technicians and contractors; manages schedules and budgets; and ensures compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Candidates need an engineering or related degree, 5–7 years of facilities or infrastructure maintenance experience, industrial electrical and HVAC knowledge, contractor-management experience, and intermediate English.
