Description
The Facilities Maintenance Manager delivers day-to-day operational support and maintenance for a physical plant and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building interior, rooftop, and preventive maintenance work. The role manages work orders and vendor coordination, documents service performance, responds to urgent maintenance issues, and supports safety, compliance, and operational continuity. It requires facilities maintenance and management experience, knowledge of MEP systems and carpentry, preventive maintenance and work order management experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
