Description
The Facilities Supervisor will lead and administer the engineering team responsible for operating and maintaining building infrastructure, including refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning, boilers, heating, ventilation, hot water, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical and electrical equipment. The role oversees preventive maintenance, contractor activities, safety hazards and training, regulatory compliance, infrastructure documentation, inventory, and the development of engineers and maintenance staff, with the objective of maintaining 100% uptime and protecting client assets.
