Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for inventory controls, purchasing, facility maintenance records, contractor supervision, safety training, and coordination of facilities staff and other departments. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills, along with an associate degree, three years of facility maintenance experience, previous supervisory experience, and contractor-selection and purchase-order experience. An MEP construction background and five years of facility maintenance experience are preferred.
