McKesson is hiring a Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead maintenance and janitorial operations at its highly automated pharmaceutical distribution center in Clear Lake, Iowa. The role supervises frontline employees, oversees automation equipment and facility systems, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, manages contractors and vendors, handles MRO inventory and budgets, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires at least two years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations, with knowledge of industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems preferred. The night shift runs Sunday through Thursday, with a start time of 3:30–5:30 PM, and the base pay range is $60,100–$100,100.
