Mentor Technical Group is hiring a full-time Facilities Supervisor in Carolina, Puerto Rico to support the Manufacturing Supporting team during the day shift. The role supervises and coordinates maintenance work for technicians and contractors, plans and schedules preventive and corrective work orders, ensures GMP and EHS compliance, develops job plans and risk analyses, manages change controls and invoices, and participates in process-team meetings. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred, and 3 to 5 years of related experience in a GMP/EHS-regulated manufacturing environment with leadership experience is required.
