Description
SpaceX is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team of technicians and oversee critical infrastructure at its Starlink facilities in Redmond and Woodinville, Washington. The role manages preventive maintenance, third-party vendors, site improvement projects, building systems, troubleshooting, CMMS operations, and 24/7 on-call support. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of facilities supervision experience, and experience with building management systems and maintenance methodologies. The position requires commuting between both locations and may require extended hours and weekends. Compensation is $110,000 to $140,000 per year, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
