Description
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance professionals, coordinates equipment installation, repair, and maintenance, hires and trains workers, monitors productivity, and ensures health and safety compliance. The role also manages multiple functional areas in facilities, including maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping, facilities engineering, construction, property management, office planning, and layout, and oversees employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid driver's license, have maintenance and people-management experience, communicate across management levels, and obtain a Secret Security clearance. The full-time salary range is $65,200 to $121,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
