Description
The role provides campus and grounds maintenance, including parking-lot upkeep, exterior and common-area maintenance, pest control, lighting and landscaping monitoring, power washing, trash removal, shuttle-van operation, outdoor patio and grill preparation, and general maintenance and repairs. It requires a valid driver’s license, outdoor work in all weather, basic painting and carpentry, English communication, independent work, weekend availability, and occasional overtime; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
