Molex is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in El Salto, Jalisco to support the preventive and corrective maintenance of plant infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and related industrial equipment. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and support-system failures, improving equipment reliability, and collaborating with manufacturing, EHS, and other support teams. Applicants need a technical secondary education or higher education in an industrial maintenance-related discipline, industrial facilities maintenance experience, and knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. The position requires Monday-to-Friday availability from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
