Description
Change Church is hiring a Facilities Tech for its Gwinnett campus to maintain buildings, grounds, custodial areas, equipment, and facilities for meetings, filming, services, and events. The role performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance; troubleshoots systems using blueprints and schematics; manages storage and assets; conducts inspections; and reports on facility operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while technical certifications or facilities maintenance training are preferred. The position offers a target hourly rate of $25.00 to $27.00 and medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) benefits.
