Applied Materials is hiring a Level 4 Facilities & Real Estate Technical Project Manager in Gloucester, Massachusetts, to lead mission-critical infrastructure projects for semiconductor R&D and advanced manufacturing. The role manages cleanroom retrofit and build projects and tool-ready infrastructure and process utilities from feasibility through commissioning and turnover in live operations, including contractor management, CAPEX forecasting, schedule and cost control, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership. It is a full-time, onsite senior individual-contributor role requiring 5–10 years of facilities capital project experience, with a salary of $116,000 to $159,500.
