Description
The Facilities Technician supports the maintenance, operation, environmental, health, and safety, and overall upkeep of building systems and infrastructure. The role performs inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency response, vendor coordination, documentation, and EHS compliance activities while working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locks, and other facility services. Candidates need experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments, mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. The salary range is $39,000 to $52,000.
