TalentBurst is hiring a Facilities Technician II for a 12+ month contract in Pomona, California, at $25.00 per hour for the 08:00 AM–04:30 PM shift. The role performs mechanical and electrical maintenance on facilities and utilities equipment, including HVAC, power, water, compressed air, emergency generation, and related systems; conducts minor repairs and installations; coordinates vendors and contractors; administers Maximo preventive maintenance; and supports security, quality, and regulatory compliance. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a medical or health-related environment, are required, along with carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, plumbing, computer, communication, and teamwork skills.
