Billingsley Collection is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining a pristine, functional, and welcoming living environment. This role involves performing thorough cleaning of common areas, assisting with new move-ins, maintaining cleanliness of amenity areas, sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, disposing of waste, and performing basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues. The technician will also monitor property safety, maintain inventory, organize storerooms, learn pool systems, and respond to resident requests.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
