Flex is hiring a Facilities Technician 4 in Columbia, South Carolina, to report to the Facilities Manager and perform repairs, modifications, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on building and facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems. The role includes responding to service calls, installing office fixtures, performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, testing electronic components and circuits, and communicating with equipment operators and vendors. Applicants need four years of maintenance-trade experience, formal apprenticeship or on-the-job training, shop-math knowledge, tool and measuring-instrument proficiency, and the ability to work at heights of 20–30 feet.
