Description
Ability Beyond is hiring a full-time Facilities Technician in Bethel, Connecticut, with a $19-per-hour pay rate and an on-site schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, plus a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. The role performs general facility maintenance, corrective and preventative work, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and grounds repairs; coordinates with vendors; conducts inspections; and maintains tools and vehicles. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and at least two years of facilities, maintenance, or related experience are required, while experience across multiple trades and relevant certifications are preferred.
