Description
ABM is hiring a Facilities Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure for a leading eMobility client. The role performs general handyman, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and facility maintenance; responds to emergencies; troubleshoots and resolves facility issues; completes work orders; coordinates with facility teams, vendors, and occupants; and maintains safe, clean work areas. Candidates need at least two years of similar experience, basic hand-tool knowledge, familiarity with work order systems such as Corrigo or ServiceNow, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
