The Facilities Technician will maintain and repair buildings and technical installations, including electricity, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and other building systems. The role also involves troubleshooting faults, minor metalworking and woodworking, setting up offices and meeting rooms, monitoring utility consumption, recording maintenance work, suggesting improvements, and supporting external technicians. Applicants need a technical secondary education diploma or equivalent experience, basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and digital technologies, independent and safety-conscious work habits, fluent Dutch, and a practical, initiative-taking approach.
