Description
Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Facilities Maintenance Technician at its Los Angeles headquarters. The role performs preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems, troubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, hardware, furniture, and fixtures, manages facilities tickets and fleet vehicles, and maintains safety and quality standards. Candidates need at least one year of facilities, building maintenance, or related trade experience, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, tool proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and in elevated or tight spaces. The role pays $25.50–$29.50 per hour and includes equity, bonuses, healthcare, retirement, and other benefits.
