Description
CRCI is hiring a Facilities Operations Technician to maintain the safety, functionality, and operational readiness of its physical facilities and related assets. The role performs hands-on maintenance and repairs, conducts inspections, manages maintenance requests and work orders through Airtable and Google Workspace, coordinates contractors, manages operational-supply procurement and inventory, and supervises resident work crews. The position requires physical maintenance work, digital-system proficiency, facility-maintenance or construction experience, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States. It involves travel between CRCI locations and occasional evening or weekend availability, with a stated salary of $12.00 to $18.75.
