Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining office buildings, facilities, and equipment through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, emergency response, and coordination of external contractors. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, fire protection, and office-furniture systems, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. A technical diploma or vocational qualification and 2–5 years of facilities or building-maintenance experience are required; Dutch and English fluency and willingness to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside normal working hours are also required.
