Facilities Technician at Farouk Systems, Inc.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the construction, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Farouk Systems, Inc. buildings, grounds, facilities, and other administration buildings. Duties include minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, carpentry, painting and plastering, foundation work, material handling, and assisting with manufacturing, warehouse, and production equipment service. The role requires a high school diploma, at least four years of facility maintenance experience, some HVAC and plumbing experience, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather, climb ladders and stairs, lift up to 100 pounds, and use hand tools. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
