Description
The Facilities Technician will manage site facilities, maintenance, environmental health and safety, and security activities for offices, cleanrooms, and common areas. The role coordinates repairs, vendors, landlords, contractors, facility moves, preventive maintenance, cleanroom qualifications, HVAC and other building systems, and compliance documentation. It requires 4–8 years of experience in medical device facilities management or a related technical field, full-time on-site work in Sudbury, Massachusetts, occasional travel to Bedford, Massachusetts, and availability for critical 24/7 alarms. The salary is $80,000–$100,000.
