Google is hiring a Facilities Technician to operate, monitor, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in data centers. The role includes supporting UPS, generators, electrical distribution, control and monitoring systems, startup and commissioning activities, and responding to abnormal conditions and outages. Candidates need an associate's degree, trade certification, or equivalent training, plus five years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial environment and experience with protective relays or high voltage. The position pays $105,000–$145,000 USD annually plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits, and is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
