Google is hiring a Facilities Technician to operate, monitor, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot data center facilities systems, including HVAC, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, and related electrical and mechanical equipment. The role supports senior technicians, performs root-cause analysis and recovery actions, manages abnormal conditions and outages, and helps reduce operational costs while maintaining environmental and safety standards. Candidates need relevant technical training or equivalent practical experience and seven years of mission-critical facility maintenance and operations experience, including electrical distribution systems experience and availability for non-standard hours.
