Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will coordinate and perform maintenance and repairs for building systems and physical facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, security, cleaning, and IT-related workstation setups. The role also involves equipment and furniture transport, scheduled maintenance, ticket-system work, safety and security compliance, and HIPAA confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, hands-on facility maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience, computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours are required.
