Description
The Facilities Technician supports the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical greenhouse infrastructure, including industrial irrigation, boilers, LED lighting, cooling equipment, and backup generation. The role performs preventive and reactive maintenance, executes CMMS work orders, responds to equipment breakdowns, collaborates with growing and maintenance teams, and assists with projects and safety compliance. Candidates need TCAT or equivalent work experience, with 2–3 years of related experience and CMMS experience preferred, along with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
