Description
The Facilities Technician performs hands-on maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical systems across production, laboratory, and office areas. The role handles preventative and corrective work orders, troubleshooting, inspections, vendor coordination, equipment moves, event setups, CMMS documentation, and safety compliance. It requires industrial or manufacturing facilities experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, technical-documentation skills, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
