Description
The Facilities Technician provides repair and maintenance services for organization-owned and leased properties and equipment under the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, lock, painting, equipment maintenance, work-order records, vendor scheduling, project management, property movement, customer service, front-desk coverage, and on-call security support. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and access to a car; it is full-time, union, and pays $21.98-$32.98 hourly.
