Description
Summit Technical is hiring an experienced Facilities Technician to support day-to-day facility operations on an on-site basis. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the role oversees monitoring, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for HVAC, electrical, power-generation, and security systems; supports building upkeep and construction projects; prepares budgets and operational reports; maintains records and manuals; and ensures compliance with building codes and safety requirements. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant facilities or trade experience, proficiency in at least one core trade discipline, and the ability to relocate.
