Description
Urban Pathways is hiring a Facility Technician to perform scattered-site apartment inspections, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, preventive maintenance, work-order documentation, inventory support, and community coordination. The role reports to the Property Manager, requires a hybrid schedule of four office days and one remote day, and involves field work, home visits, client escorts, and use of public transportation. Candidates need a high school degree or GED, three to four years of building maintenance and janitorial experience, formal maintenance or construction training, a valid driver’s license, and CPR and First Aid within three months of hire.
