Description
The Facilities Technician will perform routine building, grounds, equipment, and facility maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, drywall, lighting, flooring, and plumbing. The role coordinates preventative and reactive maintenance, supports service-center operations, manages supplies and inventory, and handles vehicle and parts logistics. Candidates need general facility maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting and computer skills, a valid CDL, and must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements; forklift, truck, engine, and service-shop knowledge are preferred. The position reports to the General Manager and offers a base salary commensurate with experience plus retirement, medical, dental, life insurance, and other benefits.
