The employer is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join immediately at the newly opened Ibis Styles Hotel at Munich Airport. The role covers general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, heating, carpentry, decorating, winter services, cleaning, repairs, troubleshooting, contractor coordination, recordkeeping, safety, and sustainability activities. Candidates need completed vocational training in a skilled trade or equivalent practical experience, technical aptitude, MS Office knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, and at least C1 German; weekends may be required.
