Description
Kendal at Hanover is hiring a Facilities Technician II to maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor building systems and equipment in a continuing-care retirement community. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, BMS, fire alarms, security, and access-control systems, as well as emergency response, work-order documentation, and small-to-medium facility projects. The position requires a technical education or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant facilities or HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotating weekend and holiday calls, and pay is $28.00–$32.75 per hour plus shift differentials and benefits.
