BASIC Facility Management is hiring a full-time Facilities Technician for a shopping center in Hamburg. The role coordinates maintenance, inspects and tests technical systems, performs minor repairs, processes digital checklists, and ensures the reliable operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, elevator, and escalator systems. The position requires a technical qualification in electrical, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of professional experience, knowledge of applicable safety and technical regulations, and an independent, service-oriented working style. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 16:30, with occasional weekend availability, and the position is to be filled as of 01.01.2027.
