Carter Machinery is hiring a Facilities Technician - Mechanical/Electrical in Manassas, Virginia for a first shift. The role performs mechanical and electrical maintenance, including HVAC, air compressors, transformers, electrical hook-ups, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and facility equipment upkeep, while also handling waste oil, environmental compliance, snow removal, and travel to other facilities. Candidates need an HVAC, electrical, or equivalent experience qualification, a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel and work additional hours.
