Description
Cocoon House is hiring a full-time, temporary Facilities Technician for a minimum six-month term at its Everett, Monroe, and Lynnwood locations. The role performs general building, grounds, cleaning, painting, landscaping, custodial, vehicle, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor masonry maintenance; oversees maintenance schedules, vendors, safety, supplies, and facility improvement projects; and collaborates with operations and leadership. The position requires at least two years of general building and grounds maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, youth-work experience, DCYF background clearance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $26 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for multilingual skills and additional paperwork.
