DaVita is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team in an outpatient clinic, manage clinic operations and financial performance, oversee vendors and supplies, support quality improvement and patient care, and collaborate with regional operations leadership. The role requires at least one year of management experience or equivalent renal experience, a current registered nurse license where required by the state of employment, current CPR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
