BEAT81 is hiring a part-time Facility & Operations Manager for its first Stuttgart studio, which will open in late 2026. The role combines technical support, equipment maintenance, minor repairs, HVAC and floor checks, deliveries and logistics, studio project support, and coordination with janitors, external technicians, and the landlord. Candidates need hands-on technical or handyman skills, reliability, basic technology comfort, fluent German, and availability for a flexible part-time schedule in Stuttgart; experience in facility management, gym or hospitality operations, or a skilled trade is a plus, as is a driver’s license.
