MAP Property Services is hiring a Facility & Property Manager for the civil construction sector. The role manages facility and property management contracts, coordinates internal teams and service providers, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, monitors costs and contract performance, analyzes technical solutions, prepares contracts and reports, and develops commercial proposals. Candidates need higher education in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or civil engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, multidisciplinary team leadership experience, knowledge of building operations and maintenance, and English proficiency.
