Description
Bosch is hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of four manufacturing sites in Italy. The role leads an internal facility and maintenance team, manages buildings, utilities, technical systems, external contractors, projects, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, security, and emergency preparedness, and collaborates with production, HSE, operations, engineering, and other functions. The position reports to the Italian/Greek Global Real Estate Cluster Leader and the Plant Manager, and requires 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Italian.
