Fragile is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day operations, physical upkeep, janitorial work, operations standup, and safety compliance of its Greenfield, Indiana facility. The role performs routine maintenance and repairs, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting, safety and utility checks, waste and recycling coordination, contractor support, hazard inspections, and janitorial services. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical and technical aptitude, strong organization, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds; prior experience in light commercial property maintenance, building trades, warehousing, or facilities support is preferred. The position pays $24 per hour and includes sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and free drinks and snacks.
