Description
Central Carolina Community College is hiring a part-time Custodial Attendant for the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. The role reports to the Lead Maintenance & Facilities Set-Up Technician and Director and performs interior and exterior housekeeping, including restroom and window cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, trash removal, landscaping, parking-area upkeep, snow and ice removal, supply inventory, event preparation and cleanup, and building security. The position requires weekend and evening work, limited supervision, teamwork, and the ability to lift at least 75 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience are required; a North Carolina driver's license may be required.
