Ryan Companies is hiring a Facility Coordinator in Coupland, Texas to support integrated facility management across building maintenance, operations, logistics, employee services, and safety. The role combines hands-on technical work with white-glove customer service, including preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, shipping/receiving, hazardous materials coordination, forklift and heavy equipment operation, CMMS administration, event support, and EHS compliance. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, Microsoft Office and CMMS proficiency, certifications such as IATA/49CFR/IMDG and CPR/AED, and at least five years of property or facility building operations experience, with a two-year technical degree preferred.
