The Operations Manager coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and facility operations for parks in Germany and Austria; manages tickets, service requests, external contractors, invoices, insurance and warranty cases, and operational improvements. The role requires a commercial qualification or comparable experience, strong operational and facility-management experience, Excel proficiency, C1 German, and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks.
